The Xiaomi Mobile Internet Industrial Park is located on Anningzhuang Road, Haidian District, Beijing, with a construction area of 348,000 square meters and a total investment of about 5 billion yuan. The park began construction on July 22, 2015, and officially opened on September 19, 2019. It is located on the east side of the Shangdi Information Industry Base, adjacent to the Qinghe Station of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway and the Qinghe Station of Beijing Metro Line 13. The office space consists of 8 buildings, accommodating more than 16,000 employees. The Xiaomi Technology Park includes eight large buildings, is quite large in scale, and has facilities such as a gym, fitness center, and an indoor garden on the top floor, making it quite complete. The Xiaomi Mobile Internet Industrial Park is located in Beijing and is positioned as Xiaomi's new headquarters in Beijing, covering an area of 210,000 square meters.
